We manage eighteen multi unit properties with 350 tenancies in total, located in South Melbourne, Prahran, Malvern East, Windsor, Albert Park, and Port Melbourne.
And also manage 24 single unit properties in St Kilda, South Yarra, Windsor, Elwood, Balaclava, and East St Kilda.
Our purpose is to create and manage affordable rental housing for single adults and young people who face homelessness and social exclusion.
