We manage fourteen multi unit properties with 271 tenancies in total, located in South Melbourne, Albert Park, and Port Melbourne.
And also manage twelve family properties in St Kilda, Elwood, Balaclava, East St Kilda, which were, until 2008, part of the St Kilda Rental Housing Co-operative.
Most of the accommodation we offer is in self contained studio apartments or one-bedroom apartments suitable to single adults.
These have fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms and are all in fantastic locations close to shopping, services and tram lines.
Our mission is to create and manage affordable rental housing for single adults and young people who face homelessness and social exclusion.
