Who's behind what happens at SPCHG?
We are a community housing agency. Since our establishment in 1983, SPCHG now provides secure, affordable accommodation for over 200 people on low incomes.
We are proudly managed by the local community and funded by the Victorian Government.
Our vision is to:
Provide long term rental housing that is fair and respectful of a person's needs and human rights
Promote a sense of belonging and community for our residents
Inspire decision-makers and attract funding resources to support SPCHG
