South Port Community Housing Group (SPCHG) helps people on low incomes and youth find affordable housing in Melbourne's inner south.
We also help you to connect with your local community and find the services you may need.
SPCHG provides good quality, secure, long-term accommodation for

People on government pensions, benefits and allowances

Sick or disabled people, including those with limited mobility

Young people, between 15-25 years old including single parents, who are homeless or insecurely housed.
Our housing services
We provide two programs for singles, youth and people with disabilities:

Housing Program - provides affordable single-room accommodation, called
a rooming house -
Youth Housing Program - for young people aged 15 to 25 years.
We give priority to local people from South Melbourne and Port Melbourne.
