Housing Program

This program provides affordable single-room accommodation, called a rooming house, for people on low incomes.

As a Rooming House resident you will:

• Live in good-quality, secure and safe accommodation in your local area

• Develop you independent living skills

• Connect with community programs and services you may need

To be eligible to become a resident on the Housing Program you must be:

• Over 18 years old

• Single or a single parent

• Homeless or insecurely housed

• Links to South Melbourne or Port Melbourne

Unfortunately the need for this type of housing is high.

We keep waiting lists and contact people when rooms become available. We will then meet with you to make sure you're prepared for living independently.
